Presently, our planet is passing through critical period, an era through which future life shape and continuation will be determined by our ability to overcome foresight challenges.
These challenges caused among others by present energy cycles, from overconsumption to continuous carbon dioxide dumping in environment, in an accelerated manner. The fusil energy cycle, as it caused future threats to life continuations (Green house effects), it also represents the major factor for possible worldwide economical collapse.
To divert possible catastrophes, present human race required to behave responsibly, among which overcoming present differences and greedy, with goals, aiming at continuation of moderate comfortable life on this planet, and for all.
These goal, as targeted by research centers, in developed countries, it should be expected to represents a focal point for some researchers in developing countries; thus urgent goal challenging present civilization is "how to discover the Alternative Renewable Energy" (ARE).
Recently, oil drum reached 148 $, it was thought to climb to 200 $ fortunately it dropped, but for how long and when dose the next wave will pick up again? And what prices are expected next time? 300, 400 or even 500 $, and what dose that means?
It may means the followings:
1- Many oil fields are drying up.2- Number of discovering oil fields decrease compared to dray fields.3- Depths of discovering fields are increasing.4- Off shore fields are moving deeper into sea.5- Financial cost to discover fields are increasing.6- Un-imaginable new oil sites are approached, like the northern pole, which may form future conflicts.7- Oil prices steady raising, is not a temporary phenomenon.8- Impacts of this prices will be felt worldwide, on both developed and developing countries.The difficult question which should be asked are:
What amount of oil remains for humanity? And what percentage could be monopolized by the super powers? For how long that may prolong imaginary prosperity? And what morality could humanity degraded to? Leave aside the awful thought of climatic changes, hence what is the solutions for these?
Since first energy crises in 1973, great efforts were carried by western institutions, it increased in less than decade with the first Gulf war, in 1979, then Saddam second Gulf war, till present crises, mostly felt by ordinary people, particularly the unfortunates in developing countries.
But why genuine efforts carried by talented scientists at advanced western laboratories seeking renewable alternative energy, had failed and will continuously fail in discovering that elusive energy?
I am not the first to say so, nor to seek an answer, I only differ by carrying that answer to its logical conclusions, hence what was both the question and the logical conclusion?
