At present, our planet is passing through one of its critical period, an era through which future life shape and continuation will be determined by our ability to overcome foresight challenges. These challenges caused among others by present energy cycles, from over-consumption to continuous carbon dioxide dumping in environment, in an accelerated manner. The fossil fuel cycle, as it caused future threats to life continuations (Green house effects), it also represents one of the major factor that may have great influence on worldwide economy destiny.
To avert possible shakes in world developments, present human race required to behave responsibly, among which overcoming present acute differences and greedy, with general goals aiming at continuation of moderate comfortable life on this planet, and for all.
These goal, as targeted by researches centers, in developed countries, they should be expected to represents a focal point for some researchers in developing countries; thus one of the most urgent challenges facing present civilization is "how to discover the Alternative Renewable Energy" (ARE)?
Recently, oil drum reached 148 $, it was thought to climb to 250 $ fortunately it dropped, but for how long and when dose the next wave will pick up again? And what prices are expected in next wave? 300, 400 or even 500 $, what did that means?
It may means one or the followings:
1- Oil fields start drying.2- Discovering fields relatively decreased.3- Depths of discovering fields are increased.4- Off shore fields are deepening toward the sea.5- Financial cost of new fields increases.6- Un-imaginable new oil sites are approached, like the northern pole, with possible conflicts.7- Steadily raises in oil prices, becomes contemporary phenomenon.8- prices impacts felt by both developed and developing countries.The difficult questions which should be asked are:
What amount of oil remains for humanity? And what percentage could be monopolized by the super powers? For how long that may prolong imaginary prosperity? And what morality could humanity degraded to? Leave aside the awful thought of climatic changes, hence what is the solutions for these?
Since the first energy crises in 1973, great efforts were carried in different institutions, in less than one decade efforts were increased once again after the first Gulf war in 1979, then after the second Gulf war, till present looming crises. But why such genuine efforts, carried by talented scientists in advanced laboratories had failed and will continuously fail in discovering the elusive alternative renewable energy?
I am not the first to ask that, nor to seek an answer, I only differ by carrying that answer to its logical conclusions, hence what was both the question and the logical conclusion?
It was “Is anything wrong in present Physics? What is it and that solution?”
The present confusion or fog, is thought to be dual in nature, it goes back to 1820, when Oersted discovered the “magnetic effects of electric current, where both Ampere and Biowt derived formulas expressing the magnetic force; these were expressed either by “Electric-Electric, I-I” quantities or “Electric-Magnetic, I-B” quantities.
But Oersted’s important discovery was based on the observation that: “the deflection of compass needle, was resulted from interaction of its magnetic field with magnetic field produced by the current carrying conductor”, therefore, if New magnetic formula for this interaction, such as “Magnetic-Magnetic, B-B” quantities, is introduced, and both Ampere and Biowt formulas were taken as reflecting nature of that duality, as proven by Maxwell (electro-magnetism), a new down of probabilities will be opened. Interaction of two SMF give raise to SMF-Force (SMFc) or the nuclear force; energization of charged particles on micro scales was derived. These bases were used to formulate atomic theory, based on the balance of both the electrostatic and magnetic forces, which reproduce spectral lines in mechanism envision by Max Plank, who like Einstein, never accepted the revolution he helped formed; he believed that “quantum were merely evidence of the way energy was processed not that energy itself was fundamentally discontinuous”.

Interaction between each group and others produced spinning magnetic force (SMFc) or the nuclear force (strong force) with production of neutrons.
